Mr. Sullins stayed on top of every aspect of the negotiations, sale & then closing. We have never had a purchase of real estate go so smoothly. He even took us over to the closing which had be handled in Temple. After we found the property we were interested in, he quickly researched comparable sales so we able to make an informed decision regarding the asking price. I would highly recommend him & hope to do more business with him in the future.

Lute helped us out on the purchase of our 2nd home and selling of our 1st. Buying with a contingency to sell ours was a nightmare but Lute helped us through and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Lute is the 2nd realtor we have ever had and will continue our home buying experiences with him.

My experience with Tejas Realty both as Buyer and Seller has been positive. My agent reacted promptly to my phone calls, courteously and patiently responded to my questions as he went through the entire process of the house sale and time frame. From beginning to end all went smoothly. Any potential problems and suggestions for solutions were promptly communicated. I appreciated you keeping in touch through the entire process and follow-up. Tejas real estate is absolutely amazing. Lute is the best property manager. He is honest, up front and always provides informational updates. I know having Lute managing my property, my house is in great hands. He's the best.

I wouldn't use any other Realtor James Sullins always kept us updated on what wasgoing on with the sell and made sure we ccompletely understand everything! I wouldrrecommend him to anyone I know and we will be using him to buy our next house ??
